NG Syndicate distributes research peptides and related research materials to laboratories and qualified research professionals. We are a research-chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and we are not an outsourcing facility under section 503B. We do not practice medicine and do not fill prescriptions.

What the products are

Products offered through this website are research materials for laboratory and in-vitro or analytical research. They are not medicines, drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or veterinary products. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Intended use

Materials are sold only for lawful laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, clinical use, compounding into a drug, or household use. Purchase does not grant a license to use the material in a commercial application or to resell it.

Who may buy

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website or place an order. By ordering, you represent that you are purchasing for legitimate research, that you or your institution can handle research chemicals responsibly, and that the purchase and use are legal in your jurisdiction. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders that appear inconsistent with research use.

Testing and documentation

Lots are independently tested by ISO 17025–accredited labs for identity and purity before they ship, regardless of origin. Certificates document research-material quality. That testing is not a claim of safety or effectiveness in humans or animals, and it does not mean FDA has reviewed or approved the material.

Buyer responsibility

The buyer is responsible for lawful storage, handling, and disposal, and for confirming that the material is appropriate for their research protocol. NG Syndicate does not warrant the material for food, drug, medical-device, or commercial use. The buyer agrees to indemnify NG Syndicate against claims arising from handling or use, consistent with our Terms and Conditions.
